About this Project

Build: Significant demolition and re-build of existing (Class 4) strata building, by excavating under the existing dwelling, reconfigure and formally subdivide into separate class 2 (resi apartment) and class 5 (commercial shop).

Interiors: Execute an turnkey contemporary mid century scheme in 2 parts: a 2 bedroom multi level residential apartment, and an executive office and architectural showroom space.
