The polytec Coastal Oak in Woodmatt laminate, board & Thermolaminate material has been showcased throughout this home. The beautiful soft warm coastal oak timber grain is in almost every room of the home whether it be full cabinetry, custom made wall panelling & mirror to floating shelves or laminate benchtops it has an appearance in almost every room. This is included in the joinery in the Kitchen, Pantry, Laundry, 3 vanities’, walk in robe, bedroom built in robes, drop zone, study.
