About this Project

Massive industrial full height factory windows; textured concrete; hand scraped natural timber; rough exposed brickwork; moody lighting & the simplicity of ‘Black’ polytec melamine doors bring together this pared back gallery style, strikingly stunning studio apartment. The client’s bold artwork initiated all creativity in this space. Budget was very important in this project, given the size of the apartment. It wins in wow factor, even as a humble melamine finish.
