This stunning speculative suite offers a high-end, flexible workspace appealing to a wide array of potential tenants. Client-facing meeting rooms were designed for easy access from the house & waiting areas. Custom joinery and planter boxes connect spaces, utilising creative layouts. Key features include portal joinery to meeting room, tiled walls with bench seats, textured columns, and custom breakout areas. A modern and opulent colour palette, mixed with texture enriches the space.
