About this Project

The speculative suites on Level 13 at 348 Edward Street demanded meticulous planning. One suite features light, neutral tones, while the other is bold and opulent. Versatile waiting areas, custom joinery, luxurious furniture, and premium finishes enhance the design. Each suite balances functionality and aesthetic appeal, creating a sophisticated and inviting work environment. The completed suites set a new standard for commercial speculative suite design in Brisbane.
