About this Project

Modern, mid-century inspired design aesthetics meet a Queenslander-style flow in this sweeping family home. The home boasts a timber shiplap lined butterfly ceiling spaning the 30m-long home with a batten spine wall that strategically conceals the private spaces. We designed two distinct areas based on public vs private spaces: sleek entertaining zones with black and white accents, balanced by the warmth of the private retreat spaces with natural timbers.
