About this Project

The stunning Malvern Residence showcases intelligent planning coming together with high quality craftsmanship resulting in an incredible space. polytec Woodmatt in both Florentine Walnut and Black are in ample use in this space from the suspended bookcase to the Steccawood wall panelling & hidden door. The large format sheet sizes were key to the stunning vertical timber grain match above the integrated fridge unit, just one of many examples of attention to detail in this project.
