Layà Villas, inspired by Morotai Island's WWII role in liberating the Philippines, celebrate freedom & uniqueness. These dry block duplexes defy suburban norms. Villa B offers a sophisticated retreat. A blend of mid-century modern and art deco styles creates a hotel-like experience with organic curves, deep warm tones, and luxurious styling. Brass and bronze details further elevate the luxe vibe, making Villa B akin to a boutique hotel encouraging residents to leave their concerns at the door.
