About this Project

The space was a complete renovation, although due to the flooring it needed to fit at least over the original footprint. The client let the designer have free reign with the design and colour choice - her only request was that the space be used to make a bold statement. To do this the designer contrasted polytec's dramatically dark Empire Oak Woodmatt beautifully with the stunning Calacatta honed Viola benchtops and splashback. This along with the clever inclusion of the Pitt cooktop is superb!
