About this Project

Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre was was built around 1900 as a rubber factory, and now offers high end fashion. Code design worked with the team at Mirvac to create a uniquely different set of amenities to cater to the well heeled and design savvy user. The fitout sits lightly in the historic building. The sinks are striking and bold, and they sit apart from the architecture. polytec's compact laminate blends perfectly with the preserved materials, while it has the ultimate durability.
