About this Project

The brief for this new build 2 storey home was to create a contemporary industrial / coastal interior and to showcase the owners artisan plastering techniques. With formed concrete ceilings, burnished concrete floors, curved bulkheads and walls, we wanted the interiors to be paired back and minimal to make the architectural elements do the talking. The use of polytec Natural Oak Ravine and Classic Oak Laminate was the ideal choice for this home.
