About this Project

This compact dated and ageing apartment needed some love. A top to bottom renovation which included a full Kitchen, Ensuite, Bathroom, Laundry, and built in Entertainment unit. The client wanted something moody and modern with minimalist lines to help draw the eye to the gorgeous lake view. Maximising storage and integration were also key elements for this project. This project helped secure more than a 50% increase in value upon sale of the apartment at the completion of the renovation.
