Waterman Business Centre Eastland

About this Project

Waterman Eastland is an innovative post pandemic co working model: a vibrant business community woven into the dynamic ecosystem of an existing mall to create a truly mixed use destination. The expansive 3,300 square metre fitout is inspired by the neighbouring Mullum Mullum Creek and addresses WFH isolation and long commutes. It connects diverse tenants via pathways that wind through flexible offices and communal habitats all illuminated by spectacular natural light from the adjacent atrium.
