Sydney Chic Apartment

About this Project

As part of the renovation, all of the 1920s apartment's original internal walls were demolished & a new floor plan installed. The new kitchen island location attracts natural light through out the day. The island is the focal point of the kitchen its like a large scale piece of furniture. Its curves are a nod to the apartments Art Deco heritage and curved wall, also aim to encourage a natural flow between the kitchen and other living spaces. Black halfround Steccawood was used for the cladding.
