About this Project

Designed with a sophisticated industrial feel in the CBD, the lobby serves as a transition between city and harbour. Taking inspiration from how the Brooklyn Bridge identifies where Manhattan ends and Brooklyn begins, we have activated the space using textured monochrome finishes offered by polytec’s Black Ply Woodmatt balanced with accents of bronze and leather. It is a place to gather, meet and work. The layering of forms and polytec finishes create a unique lobby experience.
