About this Project

Our Kent House project breathes freshness & tranquility into a large 1940’s Bayside residence. The rear addition has been thoughtfully considered to ensure cohesion between old and new. The layering of rich, textured materials (polytec Boston Oak, Perugian Oak, Angora oak) throughout results in an understated yet timeless and peaceful home for family enjoyment. The orientation of the extension connects the house seemlessly to the landscape, allowing for an abundance of natural light.
