The refurbishment of this 20 year old penthouse focuses on minimalist design approach, creating clean, lineal forms that eradicate unnecessary visual clutter. Bespoke built in joinery throughout emphasised this aesthetic. Variety and depth were achieved through use of textured materials, a key consideration with a tonally similar interior. Polytec finishes achieve feature and function, with LEDs highlighting their texture, day night, that complement its sweeping 180 degree peninsula skyline.
