About this Project

Complete refurbishment of a 2 storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in the Ikon Building at Potts Point, Sydney. The brief was for a high end luxury feel which evoked a 6 star hotel. The brief included seamless integration of living, dining and kitchen areas and the inclusion of a concealed guest powder room on the upper level, new timber flooring throughout, bathroom fit outs, lighting and stair detailing. The bespoke integrated joinery features polytec Marni Lini laminate.
