About this Project

Our brief was to refurbish a 1200sqm floor plate and transform it into four suites with an interconnecting corridor and lobby that could be leased out to potential tenants. Each suite had to have a unique identity and cater to a specific leasing market. This project is suite 4 of the 4 suites. Suite 4 Design Concept is to be playful, cool, chic, lending to a recruitment style of fit out.
