About this Project

The asset repositioning at 417 St Kilda Road involved an extensive upgrade, including new spec suites as well as lobby and upper floor enhancements. The spec suite fit out pays homage to St Kilda Road through timber tones and bronze powder coating, creating a timeless atmosphere. Lush planting integrated within the joinery nods to the surrounding gardens, enhancing ambience. On the ground floor, new furniture settings provide spaces for quiet work, informal meetings & places for pause.
