About this Project

Beatrice Development seen the transition of an existing cottage into 3 unit complex comprising of full renovation and two new town homes. The challenge was blending the and seamless integration of the old and new. Glamour in tight spaces was to portray vastness, uniqueness and functional for potential buyers seeking their forever home in $1.5m market in trendy Hawthorn. White with elements of timer were the selected colours throughout.
