Millswood Villa

About this Project

This 100 year old home is positioned on a long block of land, with just 7m frontage and tapering to 5m at the rear. The bathroom was falling apart, and the home had no laundry! A dark and gloomy rear extension built in the 70s was demolished to make way for a brand new living area. This included a modern industrial kitchen in a much brighter space. The existing bathroom footprint was modified to make space for a beautiful combined bathroom/laundry area.
