Lumiere Black Rock

About this Project

Lumiere was inspired by the contrasting materiality of Black Rock and Half Moon Bay. The contrast in; colour, texture and form and is punctuated by the HMVS Cerberus breakwater wreck just off the shoreline. Spread over 2 floors plus basement, this building showcases 6 generously sized apartments featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internally, the material finish consistently combines natural stone with timber and polytec accents and feature curves throughout.
