About this Project

Located at The Rocks, the Gateway Business Lounge presents mixed use spaces adding to the user experience of all Dexus tenants in the building. The interior aesthetic connects to the existing lobby space for cohesion whilst represents a new benchmark for delivering a premium space for its visitors. Overflow meeting spaces are compensated through the use of boardrooms, lounges, and meeting spaces on the mezzanine level as well as the Dexus BMO & cafe. The end result is delicate, yet powerful.
